Our insurance partner in Ontario has more than 3000 brokers in Canada and growing rapidly, they were taxed internally trying to provide crucial business information. Access to the data became a cumbersome process because it resided in 3 different Legacy systems. This required 2 internal staff members 2 – 3 days a week compiling and integrating information into 1 report and thousands a year in mailing costs to compile and send out relevant information to their brokers.
